Condition: This factory original owner's handbook is in very good, lightly used condition. The cover is mostly quite clean and nice with no scratches, bends or creases. However, a removed 1/4" by 4" piece of tape(?) has lifted some paper and ink from the front cover, and a piece of Scotch tape has been used to repair and reinforce a cut(?) on the right edge of the front cover. The rear cover is quite excellent. The cover remains well attached by mostly shiny staples. There are very neat notes found on the inside front cover and the very last page only. There is light patina throughout as you might expect of a manual of this vintage. That is it. Otherwise, the book is pristine inside with no other writing or markings, no highlighting, no missing or torn or loose pages. Great foldouts. The corners are sharp and the book lays flat. See the photos.

1968 1969 Piper Aztec D Owner’s Handbook PA-23-250D Six-Place Manual.  Piper number 753 772, for the 1968 and 1969 model years.  Issued May 1968 and Revised May 1972 per the second page.  This factory original owner’s handbook is in very good, lightly used condition.  The cover is mostly quite clean and nice with no scratches, bends or creases.  However, a removed 1/4″ by 4″ piece of tape(?) has lifted some paper and ink from the front cover, and a piece of Scotch tape has been used to repair and reinforce a cut(?) on the right edge of the front cover. This one most certainly has not spent it’s days jammed in a glove box or seat back.  Hardly marked at all and printed sometime after 5/72, this manual is in especially good condition considering it’s over 48 years old.  Always check for revisions, supplements, and updates with vintage manuals.
