For your consideration is an Authentic Mark McGwire Game Worn Hat!  This hat was worn during the ’95 and/or ’96 seasons and signed right after a game.  The signature had bled a little because the hat was wet with sweat when it was signed.  He took the hat off after the game, signed it, and handed it right to the son of a friend of mine.  I acquired the hat in 1999 and it has been in my possession since.
The hat was submitted to JSA (James Spence Authentication) for Certification, and is verified 100% Authentic!  The JSA Certification # is: X85121.  The hat is a size 7 3/8, and has McGwire’s number hand written on the inside of the bill “25”.  This is an Oakland A’s new era hat, 100% Wool.  This is not only game issued, but game worn! (you can see it was worn by the pictures showing the inside brim area.)
