Free Shipping:
is Free.  Items that qualify for free shipping will specify that in the shipping costs section at the bottom of the page.  Items paid for with the Free Standard Shipping option selected will ship via the cheapest shipping method we can find to your location.  Although most items will arrive fairly quickly, please keep in mind that some services (like USPS Media Mail) can take as long as 10-14 business days to arrive.  If you require your item faster, please select one of the faster delivery options (estimated delivery times from the parcel carriers will be listed near the shipping costs on the bottom of the page).  Free Shipping services are available to the Contiguous US only (lower 48 states).
– At this point we are not able to ship to APO/FPO addresses.
– Most of the in-stock items ship within 1-2 business days from receiving a cleared payment.  Pre-orders ship as soon as we receive them.
– Shipping-time estimates listed on the bottom of the page are provided by the shipping companies.  If your item doesn’t arrive within an appropriate time, please let us know and we will look into the problem.

Paypal requires tracking information for international shipments, which means that most of our items can ship via USPS Express Mail, or UPS worldwide services only.  These service are unfortunately expensive.  Please do not blame us for high shipping costs because of this requirement from Paypal.  Please review the shipping options and costs to your location BEFORE making the purchase.

Shipping options and costs are calculated in the listing to your location, just enter your country / postal code, and the quantity desired.  If shipping costs are not listed to your country, please contact us for costs before bidding.  Some items may be too large to ship to your location.
– Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns Policy
– Returns are accepted within 30 days for most items. Certain items are sold as-is, and do not offer returns, please be sure to check listing details for return options of specific items.
– New items must be returned in their original condition, unopened and unused to qualify for a refund. Bundled items, or items sold as sets must be returned in their entirety.
– Video games and software that were opened, or have been registered, cannot be returned.
– Items damaged in shipping are subject to insurance coverage.  We will replace the damaged item, or issue a refund or store credit if the same item is no longer available.
– If due to some unforeseen mishap you receive a wrong item, we will gladly re-send the correct item, or issue a refund (the incorrect item may have to be returned to us prior to issuing the refund, or re-sending the correct item).
– Items not performing to manufacturers’ specifications, or defective, are subject to manufacturers’ warranties.  Please contact the manufacturer directly for service in such cases.
– International buyers are responsible for checking manufacturer’s warranty availability in their area for purchased items.

:  Many action figures and other collectibles are highly detailed, hand painted and can include many detailed accessories.  This makes them highly collectable, but it also creates possibility that they may have slight imperfections (in the paint job or the sculpt).

Pre-Orders:
In accordance with Ebay’s policy, we make our pre-order listings available 30 days or less before the release date.  You may wonder why other sellers have upcoming items listed from the same categories while we do not.  The simple answer is that we follow the 30-day rule, while several other sellers do not.  Although most items are released within manufacturers’ original dates, occasional delays do happen.  In such cases we will gladly issue a refund if requested, when we’re unable to ship within the 30 day period; otherwise the item will ship as quickly as possible after we receive it.  Feel free to contact us at any time before bidding, or after winning a pre-order item, and we’ll keep you updated with the latest release-date information.
